General Objective

1. direct the socio economic development of the Society and industrial growth and development
2. Maximize the income generating activities for its capacity building, development and self-sustainability.
3. Work and encourage Research and innovative TVET Technologies to solve social hurdles
4. Provide integrated outcome-based Training to fill the national standard of TVET.
5. Provide wide range of training programs in long and short run training programs

Objectives of Capacity building and administration directorate:

1. Trainers skill Development & capacity building.
2. Capacitate standard training work shop, machines, equipment’s and tools.

Major duties of Capacity building and administration directorate

1. Produce skilled and competent trainers in industry and college by continuous training.
2. Fair distribution of training work shop organization and appraisals of training college
3. The data must be organized, documented, analyzed and dispatched.
4. Prepared standard training work shop
5. Improve quality training through evaluation and monitoring
6. Documented machine history and improve training materials through building maintenance teams.
7. Develop effective resource utilization and minimize wastage.
8. Develop income generate in training college.
9. Fulfil college and industry trainers depending on TVET standard /strategies.
10. Fulfil training machines, equipment’s and tools depending on TVET standard /strategies.
11. Capacitate trainers though short and long term training.
